About Norma Raye Ward
I have in-depth experience in, and knowledge of, women's health issues including reproductive health, family planning, domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking.
I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Progressive Transition(s) Inc., a domestic violence program located in Oakland, California.
I had the honor of being the recipient of the 2012 Jefferson Award for Public Service, and I am a Commissioner on the Alameda County Public Health Commission, District 5.
